Be prepared for some noise from street vendors starting at dawn. they can get quite loud. The mattress was softer than I prefer, and a not-so-pleasant smell lingered during rainy weather. Also, the shared sitting room can feel cramped, and the bathroom could use more space for comfort.

i absolutely expected more from this so-called boutique hotel. the stairs were a workout, not what i signed up for. lukewarm showers? really, was i even in italy? a room upgrade would have been nice considering these little inconveniences, but, apparently that’s too much to ask. couldn't help but think i woudl ve been treated better elsewhere.

Couple looking for a luxurious stay
The location couldn't be better, right by the market, everything was reachable by foot in a few mins. The terrace was just incredible, I mean, you could enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine with a view that just knocks your socks off.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what? It ended up being worth it.

Amazing location right in the heart of Florence, super close to all the major sights. The terrace is such a vibe, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. The owner is really attentive and made us feel at home.
Could've used a firmer mattress and there was a bit of a musty smell on a rainy day.
